Client Terms & Conditions

These Client Terms are incorporated into the Constella AI Technologies, Inc. Platform Terms of Service and apply specifically to Clients using Constella AI, Beauty Passport, and every client-facing vertical.

These Client Terms are incorporated into the Constella AI Technologies, Inc. Platform Terms of Service and apply specifically to Clients using Constella AI, Beauty Passport, LashMatch AI, BrowMatch AI, WaxMatch AI, SkinMatch AI, GlowMatch AI, MedSpaMatch AI, BridalMatch AI, and related client-facing features.

If these Client Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service, these Client Terms control for Client-specific matters.

§ 01

Client Relationship With Constella

Constella provides a technology platform that helps Clients discover, evaluate, match with, communicate with, and book independent Providers.

Constella is not your lash artist, brow artist, wax specialist, esthetician, medspa provider, healthcare provider, beauty professional, stylist, consultant, fiduciary, agent, or representative.

Constella does not control the actual services performed by Providers.

You are solely responsible for selecting a Provider and deciding whether a Provider, service, product, recommendation, or appointment is appropriate for you.

§ 02

Client Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a client account or Beauty Passport.

You may not create an account or submit information for another person unless you have legal authority and all required consents.

Constella may refuse, suspend, or terminate access for any Client who violates these Client Terms or creates risk to Constella, Providers, or other users.

§ 03

Beauty Passport Client Profile

Beauty Passport is designed to make beauty discovery more personalized.

You may submit preferences, photos, goals, service history, style preferences, product preferences, location, budget, availability, and other information.

You understand that the more accurate your information is, the better Constella may be able to personalize recommendations.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, deceptive, or unauthorized information.

You may delete or modify certain profile information through available account tools or by contacting Constella, subject to retention requirements.

§ 04

AI Matching for Clients

Constella may recommend Providers, services, products, routines, styles, looks, packages, aftercare, or rebooking timing using AI-assisted analysis.

You understand and agree that:

  • Recommendations are not guarantees.
  • AI may make mistakes.
  • Provider rankings are not warranties.
  • A high match score does not guarantee satisfaction.
  • A lower-ranked Provider may still be appropriate for you.
  • You should use your own judgment before booking.
  • You should consult licensed professionals for medical, skin, allergy, or health concerns.

Constella may change or remove recommendations at any time.

§ 05

Client Visual Analysis

Constella may allow you to upload selfies, photos, videos, or other visual inputs for personalization.

Visual analysis may be used to assess or infer non-medical beauty-related characteristics such as eye shape, lash goals, brow preferences, skin appearance, style preferences, or service suitability.

Constella does not guarantee that visual analysis will be accurate.

Visual analysis is not a medical diagnosis, dermatology assessment, health screening, or professional treatment plan.

If you have skin conditions, allergies, eye conditions, infections, injuries, sensitivities, or medical concerns, consult a qualified professional before booking.

§ 07

Provider Selection and Due Diligence

Constella may provide information about Providers, including profiles, portfolios, specialties, availability, pricing, reviews, badges, and match scores.

This information may be provided by Providers, Clients, third parties, or automated systems.

Constella does not guarantee that Provider information is complete, current, accurate, or independently verified.

Before booking, you should review:

  • Provider licenses, if applicable
  • Certifications
  • Portfolio
  • Reviews
  • Policies
  • Pricing
  • Service descriptions
  • Cancellation terms
  • Safety information
  • Consent forms
  • Location
  • Insurance, if relevant
  • Medspa supervision, if relevant

You are responsible for deciding whether to book.

§ 08

Appointment Booking

When you book through Constella, you agree to attend the appointment or cancel/reschedule according to the applicable policy.

You may be required to pay a deposit, booking fee, platform fee, service fee, cancellation fee, no-show fee, or other charge.

You authorize Constella or its payment processor to charge your payment method for applicable amounts.

Provider-specific terms may apply in addition to Constella terms.

§ 09

Cancellations, No-Shows, Late Arrivals, and Rescheduling

Provider cancellation and no-show policies may vary.

You are responsible for reviewing the policy before booking.

If you cancel late, arrive late, fail to appear, or violate Provider policies, you may lose your deposit or be charged fees.

Constella is not responsible for your failure to review or follow Provider policies.

Constella may, but is not required to, help facilitate communication between Clients and Providers.

§ 10

Refunds for Client Bookings

Refunds depend on the applicable Provider policy, product policy, subscription policy, and payment terms.

Constella platform fees may be non-refundable.

Provider service fees may be controlled by the Provider unless Constella expressly states otherwise.

Constella may issue discretionary refunds or credits, but doing so does not create a future obligation.

If a Provider fails to appear or materially fails to provide a booked service, you may contact Constella support. Constella may review the issue but does not guarantee any refund unless required by law or expressly promised.

§ 11

Client Conduct

You agree to treat Providers, Constella staff, and other users respectfully.

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, or intimidate Providers.
  • Engage in discriminatory conduct.
  • Request illegal services.
  • Refuse to pay valid charges.
  • Submit false complaints.
  • Misuse Provider contact information.
  • Circumvent Constella fees or booking systems.
  • Damage Provider property.
  • Record Providers without consent where prohibited.
  • Post defamatory, fake, or misleading reviews.
  • Use the platform for solicitation, spam, or fraud.

Constella may suspend or terminate your account for misconduct.

§ 12

Health, Safety, Allergies, and Personal Responsibility

Beauty, skincare, lash, brow, waxing, medspa, and cosmetic services may involve risk, including irritation, allergic reaction, infection, burns, bruising, swelling, scarring, dissatisfaction, or undesired results.

You are responsible for disclosing relevant information to Providers, including allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, medical conditions, skin conditions, eye conditions, prior reactions, recent procedures, or contraindications.

You should follow all Provider instructions before and after services.

Constella is not responsible for injuries, reactions, outcomes, or complications caused by Provider services, products, or your failure to disclose relevant information.

§ 13

MedSpa and Regulated Services

Some Providers may offer medspa, aesthetic, cosmetic, or regulated services.

Constella does not provide medical advice or verify that a particular procedure is appropriate for you.

You are responsible for confirming that the Provider is properly licensed, supervised, authorized, and qualified.

You should ask Providers about:

  • Medical director oversight
  • Licensure
  • Training
  • Contraindications
  • Risks
  • Consent forms
  • Emergency protocols
  • Aftercare
  • Expected results
  • Alternatives
  • Pricing
  • Follow-up care

Do not use Constella for urgent medical needs.

§ 14

Product Purchases and Recommendations

Constella may recommend or facilitate purchases of beauty, skincare, lash, brow, waxing, aftercare, wellness, or related products.

Recommendations may be personalized but are not guarantees.

You are responsible for reviewing all product labels, ingredients, instructions, warnings, expiration dates, allergy information, and contraindications.

Stop using any product that causes an adverse reaction and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Product sales may be fulfilled by third-party merchants, Providers, brands, or partners.

Refunds, returns, shipping, warranties, and product claims may be governed by third-party policies.

§ 15

Affiliate and Sponsored Recommendations

Some products, Providers, placements, badges, offers, or recommendations may involve paid relationships, affiliate compensation, sponsorships, promotional consideration, advertising, or revenue sharing.

Constella may earn compensation when you click, book, purchase, subscribe, or engage with certain recommendations.

Constella will provide disclosures where required by law.

§ 16

Reviews and Testimonials by Clients

If you submit a review, rating, testimonial, photo, or before-and-after content, you represent that it is truthful and based on your actual experience.

You agree not to submit reviews that are fake, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, obscene, unlawful, paid without disclosure, manipulated, or unrelated to your genuine experience.

Constella may remove or moderate reviews at its discretion.

You grant Constella the right to display, use, excerpt, promote, and distribute your public reviews and testimonials as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.

§ 17

Before-and-After Photos

Before-and-after photos can be powerful but must be honest.

You may not submit before-and-after content that materially misrepresents the timing, Provider, product, service, lighting, editing, filters, or outcome.

Constella may require additional releases before using before-and-after content in marketing.

Constella may remove content that appears misleading or unsafe.

§ 18

Client Account Suspension

Constella may suspend or terminate a Client account for:

  • Fraud
  • Chargebacks
  • Abusive conduct
  • Fake reviews
  • Misuse of Visual Data
  • Unauthorized third-party photos
  • Repeated no-shows
  • Harassment
  • Discrimination
  • Circumvention of platform fees
  • Violation of these Client Terms
  • Risk to Providers, users, or Constella

Suspension may result in loss of access to Beauty Passport, saved Providers, booking history, promotions, credits, or other features, subject to applicable law.

§ 19

No Circumvention

You agree not to use Constella to identify or connect with Providers and then intentionally circumvent Constella's booking, payment, subscription, fee, or marketplace systems where prohibited by applicable Provider or platform terms.

Constella may restrict accounts that engage in fee avoidance or platform misuse.

§ 20

Client Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Constella from claims arising out of or related to:

  • Provider services
  • Provider advice
  • Provider conduct
  • Provider negligence
  • Provider cancellations
  • Provider no-shows
  • Service dissatisfaction
  • Beauty outcomes
  • Aesthetic outcomes
  • Product reactions
  • Allergic reactions
  • Injuries
  • Third-party products
  • Inaccurate Provider information
  • Reviews by other users
  • Offline interactions
  • Your failure to disclose health or safety information

Your rights against the actual Provider or merchant, if any, may be governed by your separate relationship with that Provider or merchant.

§ 21

Client Acknowledgment

By using the Services as a Client, you acknowledge that:

  • Constella is a platform, not the service provider.
  • Providers are independent third parties.
  • AI recommendations are not guarantees.
  • Beauty and aesthetic services involve personal judgment and risk.
  • You are responsible for reviewing Provider qualifications and policies.
  • You are responsible for disclosing relevant health, allergy, and safety information.
  • Constella may receive compensation from bookings, subscriptions, products, brands, Providers, affiliates, or partners.
  • Your use of the Services is subject to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all applicable supplemental terms.
