These Provider Terms govern beauty professionals, salons, spas, and medspas using Constella Orbit, the provider platform operated by Constella AI Technologies, Inc.

1. Eligibility & licensing
Providers must hold and maintain all licenses, permits, and certifications required to perform the services they offer in their jurisdiction.
2. Your profile & portfolio
- You own your content. You grant Constella AI a non-exclusive license to display, optimize, and promote it on the Platform.
- Portfolio images must depict real work you performed and that you have rights to publish.
3. Independent business
You are an independent business. Constella AI is not your employer, principal, or partner. You are responsible for your services, scheduling, pricing, and tax obligations.
4. Bookings & deposits
Cancellation, refund, and deposit terms you set must be clearly communicated to clients in your profile and honored in good faith.
5. Quality & verification
Verified outcomes, reviews, and credibility signals are core to the Platform. We may verify, audit, or remove content that violates these Provider Terms.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm clients, or compromise the integrity of the Platform.
